Checklist

A checklist consists of ten provocative and essential yes/no questions. By answering these questions supply chain professionals assess their current status and determine the next step. You are the expert.

Roadmap

A roadmap is divided in five steps. These steps represent the five supply chain maturity levels. Getting from one level to the next, has its typical challenges. The roadmap visualises these challenges as actual hurdles, like a roadblock. As a credible guide, you show them how to overcome these obstacles. Demonstrate your strategic vision and build trust.

Mindmap

A mindmap visualises the connection between trends, business impacts, operational challenges and supply chain solutions. Have high-level conversations within your customers and prospects. Offer them a compressed overview of market trends, impact on companies, challenges and improvements. Prove your high-level global overview. Use it as a powerful tool for follow-up workshops, planning sessions or strategic assessments.

Ecosystem

The most advanced level is an Ecosystem. Traditional supply chains are linear. Today, many stakeholders in a specific industry form a complex ecosystem. Visualising this system gives decision-makers insights and see their position in a broader context. Identifying areas for collaboration, innovation and optimisation is a lot easier.
